PURPOSE: A heating apparatus for an electric heater is provided to minimize heat which is lost through the lower side and the lateral side of the apparatus by forming a refractory heat insulating material around the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A heating apparatus(100) for an electric heater includes a plurality of layers with heat insulating wires. Mica is composed of upper mica(11), lower mica(13), and supporting mica(15). An upper electric wire(21) fixes the upper mica. A lower electric wire(23) fixes the lower mica. The supporting mica firmly supports the upper mica on the upper side of the lower mica. The mica is the rock-forming minerals of granite and is obtained by coating hard type thin mica with silicon adhesive. The upper electric wire is attached to the upper mica, and the lower electric wire is attached to the lower mica. |
