PURPOSE: A cutter for double cutting is provided to cut thick paper or large volume bands with a wide cutter and to cut fishing string or strings with a narrow cutter. CONSTITUTION: A cutter for double cutting(200) is received inside a cutter case(100) and is slidingly operated by a moving unit(300). The cutter is cut by a cutting unit(400) at certain lengths. A bag cutting slit(1) is formed in one side of the cutter case in a cutter moving direction. A bag is inserted in the bag cutting slit to be cut because the cutting blade of the cutter is exposed through the bag cutting slit. |
