PURPOSE: A micro device for crushing cells and a cell crushing method using the same are provided to easily crush cell wall or membrane and to enhance nucleic acid elusion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A micro device(20) for crushing cells comprises: a first chamber(22); a second chamber(24); a flexible membrane(26) between the first and second chambers; and a micro element which is formed at one of the first and second chambers and is used for cell crushing. The micro element is a plurality of micro beads(28). The micro bead is a glass bead, metal bead, or metal oxide bead.
