PURPOSE: A lightweight steel frame is provided to improve the strength of the steel frame by constituting vertical and horizontal members using studs with high strength. CONSTITUTION: A lightweight steel frame comprises back plates(1), a pair of side plates(2), and reinforcement ribs(2a). The side plates are extended from the side surfaces of the back plates to the front. The reinforcement ribs are extended from the ends of the side plates and have cut units(2b) in which the end of the other lightweight steel frame is inserted. Narrow parts(5) are formed by pressing the front ends of the side plates.
