PURPOSE: A ceramic ball manufacturing device and manufacturing method thereof is provided to install the case into fixing state and simplifying the structure of the driving device, thereby preventing the safety accident due to the external exposure. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic ball manufacturing device and manufacturing method thereof includes a supply unit and a ball forming unit. A supply unit supplies the ceramic powder. A bal forming unit includes a case(240), a nozzle(250), a rotation plate(270), a blade(260). The case is installed in a fixing state and receives supply of ceramic powder from the supply unit. The nozzle unit sprays the water. The rotation plate rotates inside the case. The blade is separately installed on rotation plate.
