PURPOSE: An aerial obstruction display device is provided to reduce installation costs by arranging light emitting diodes along the edge of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode(140) is mounted on a substrate(130) and emits light. A terminal unit(150) includes a plurality of fins which discharge heat from the light emitting diode. A socket discharges heat from the fins. A support(120) supports the socket and is combined with an aerial obstruction.
