PURPOSE: An electrophoretic display device is provided to electrically connect a flexible printed circuit board with first touch signal lines of a pad area of a lower substrate, thereby preventing an area which is not filled with a sealant. CONSTITUTION: A touch panel film includes a touch panel area and a pad area. First touch signal lines(224) and first touch signal pads(222) transmit a touch signal in the pad area. An array substrate includes a cell area and a pad area. Thin film transistors(220) are formed on the cell area. Second touch signal pads(254) and second touch signal lines(252) transmit the touch signal in a pad area of the array substrate.
