PURPOSE: A thermoresistant yeast strain containing inactivated FLC2, DFG5, ARL3, SIN3, NFI1 or PHR1 is provided to produce products(biomass). CONSTITUTION: A thermoresistant transformed yeast strain contains inactivated FLC2, DFG5, ARL3, SIN3, NFI1 or PHR1 gene. The gene is inactivated by gene deletion. The yeast strain grows at 30-43°C and includes Saccharomyces spp., Schizosaccharomyces spp., Pichia spp., Paffia spp., Kluyveromyces spp., Candida spp., Talaromyces spp., Brettanomyces spp., Pachysolen spp., or Debaryomyces spp.
