PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having sufficient durability in adhesion deterioration caused by high temperature, excellent adhesion durability performances under continuous strain of tire, etc., useful as a rubber article such as tire, etc., by making the composition include a specific thermoplastic polymer, a specified urethane resin and an epoxide compound. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a thermoplastic polymer which contains a crosslinkable functional group as a pendant group and substantially does not contain an addition reaction type carbon-carbon double bond in the main chain, (B) a thermal reaction type aqueous urethane resin having a structure containing an aromatic component subjected to a methylene bond and (C) an epoxide compound. Preferably the composition comprises 7-75% component A, 15-77% component B and 9-70% component C in dry weight. Preferably the composition further comprises (D) a rubber latex. The amount of the component D is preferably <=18% in the composition in dry weight. The component A has preferably >=10,000 weight-average molecular weight. |
