PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slitter device for performing roll-forming using a thin strip material with high strength, and manufacturing a proper strip material not generating a non-welded portion even in seam welding. SOLUTION: This slitter device 1 comprises a cutter 2 having a plurality of cutting tools 22 arranged to two parallel rotating shaft members 21 in an axial direction for shearing a rolling plate 10 and slitting it into a strip material 11 with a predetermined width, spacers 23 having a diameter smaller than the cutting tool 22 and arranged between the cutting tools 22 in the axial direction, a pair of plate presser members 24 opposed to each other between the opposed spacers 23 of the cutting tool 22 for pressing the rolling plate 10. In the pair of the plate presser members 24, a center part 24c in a plate transferring direction is formed higher than both ends 24e, 24e at a predetermined value on a contact face with the rolling plate 10.
