PREMIX BURNER OF COOLING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A cooling apparatus for a premix combustion burner is provided to reduce generation of NOx(Nitrogen Oxide) and carbon monoxide by maintaining a burner unit at certain temperature. CONSTITUTION: A premix combustion burner comprises a heat exchanger(10) and a burner unit(20). An upper lid(12) is coupled to the top of a casing(11) of the heat exchanger. The burner unit is installed in the upper lid. Insertion passages(40) and flame holes(30) of the burner unit are formed in an uneven shape and are consecutively aligned. Pressed tubes(50) of a cooling apparatus are inserted in the insertion passages. Circulating fluid flows through the pressed tubes.
