PURPOSE: A method of forming ecology swamp for growing micro algae and microorganisms is provided to biologically physically treat biological oxygen demand(BOD), chemical oxygen demand(COD), nitrogen(N), and phosphorus(P) based on an artificial swamp layer, water treating contact media, and a filtering layer composed of a sand layer and a gravel layer. CONSTITUTION: A first water collecting well(10) is installed for collecting polluted water from the soundproof wall of a road and non-point pollutants. Carbon dioxide contained in the polluted water is reduced based on the carbon dioxide fixation of micro algae. Ecology swamp(20) is installed for inhabiting the micro algae treating BOD, COD, N, and P. A second water collecting well(30) is installed to collect treated water from the ecology swamp and drains the treated water. The ecology swamp includes a biological membrane filter(201) and a filter layer(202). The biological membrane filter decomposes the organic materials of the polluted water from the first water collecting well based on the action of microorganism carriers(201a). The filter layer eliminates pollutants from the organic material decomposed treated water.
