摘要 A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery 1 includes a flat electrode assembly 10 produced by winding a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator interposed therebetween and forming them into a flat shape, a battery case 11, and a non-aqueous electrolyte. The positive electrode includes a current collector and an active material layer. The positive electrode active material layer includes an olivine-type lithium phosphate with a volume mean particle size of 2 nm to 300 nm, a fluorocarbon resin with a cross-linkable functional group, and a conductive agent. The fluorine atom concentration of the positive electrode active material layer decreases from the outer surface of the positive electrode active material layer toward the interface between the positive electrode active material layer and the positive electrode current collector. The fluorocarbon resin with the cross-linkable functional group is in an area from the interface up to 10 µm toward the outer surface.
