PURPOSE: A detachable cover knob for a cooking vessel is provided to enable to accommodate and pack with a cooking vessel without a knob. CONSTITUTION: A detachable cover knob for a cooking vessel comprises a detachable lever(10), a slide shaft(40), an adsorption plate(50), and a cover glass(70). A detachable part(11) is projected from the detachable lever. The detachable lever, the slide shaft, and the adsorption plate are integratedly coupled by a fixing pin. By the detachable lever, the slide shaft and the adsorption plate move upward and downward with elasticity of a spring(41). The cooling vessel cover knob is integratedly coupled to the cover glass in a vacuum state by a silicon adsorption plate. |
