PURPOSE: A method for providing a discounted telecommunication rate preferential service, a system thereof, and a program recording media thereof are provided to save the discount amount of a telecommunication service offered to a client as a financial instrument with a high interest rate according to the subscription to a combined telecommunication service. CONSTITUTION: A financial instrument subscribing unit(135) opens a financial instrument account under the name of a client. A virtual account opening unit(140) opens a virtual account for the client. A calculating unit(145) periodically confirms the amount that the user spends as a combined financial instrument. A prime rate providing unit(155) deposits the additional interest amounts deposited into the virtual account of the client to the financial instrument account in the name of the client. |
