A holder of a mobile terminal is provided to enhance the convenience of a user by freely controlling a direction of a display unit and a speaker, and to enhance the value and preference of the holder. A holding part(32) includes a mounting surface on which a mobile terminal is mounted, and is disposed at an upper side of a main body part(31). A creased pipe(33) includes one end connected with the main body part(31) and the other end connected with the holding part(32) so that the holding part(32) can be relatively moved to control height and angle with respect to the main body part(31). The creased pipe(33) can be bent, tensile and compressed.
