PURPOSE: An installation structure of outer wall panels using a sealing member and a drain member is provided to maintain an interval between outer wall panels and ensure quick drainage of the water by inserting the sealing member connected to the drain member into between the outer wall panels. CONSTITUTION: A drain member and sealing members(40,40'), which are molded by extrusion, are inserted in gaps formed between a reinforcing pipe(10) and outer wall panels(20,20'). The drain member comprises a base part(31) located between the reinforcing pipe and the outer wall panels and a guide support part(32) which is protruded from a middle portion of the base part and located in a vertical gap between the outer wall panels. The sealing members are protruded from both sides of the guide support part to be pressed against the outer wall panels.
