PURPOSE: A smart window device is provided to simplify a power supply system by omitting a separate external power supply device. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell module(130) converts solar light into DC(Direct Current) power. A power converting unit(140) converts the DC power into driving power. A PDLC(Polymer Disperse Liquid Crystal) unit(200) changes a light transmission rate by the driving power. An input unit(150) generates a first input signal to control the power converting unit. A control unit(160) controls the power converting unit to apply the driving power to the PDLC unit by the first input signal. |
