PURPOSE: A method for inspecting an alignment film of a liquid crystal cell for an X ray detector and a device thereof are provided to coat an alignment film on a liquid crystal by ink jetting and precisely measure an alignment angle and a linearly inclined angle of a long axis. CONSTITUTION: An alignment film(24) is formed on a glass substrate(21). A device sprays liquid crystals on the alignment film. The thickness of coated liquid crystals is thinner than a coherence length. The device places the alignment film between a polarization plate(23) and an inspection plate. The device determines an alignment direction of coated liquid crystal molecules(45,55) based on features of inspection light. |
