PURPOSE: A wood fiber board is provided to use only a polyacrylamide resin as a binder, thereby facilitating production. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a wood fiber board comprises a step of manufacturing slurry by dispersing wood fiber into water; a step of manufacturing mat by adding only paraffin and acrylamide based resin; a step of hot-pressing the mat, and moisture-treating the mat; and a step of containing 10 weight% or less of fiber which is obtained through defibration of waste of a wood fiber plate to wood fiber plate on the basis of the total solid phase material. The slurry has the solid phase concentration of 2-3 weight%, and the pH of 3-5. The mat contains a monomer and an anionic monomer with molar ratio of 7:3 - 3:7. The monomer is positive, and has cationic group. |
