PURPOSE: A case for a portable device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make appearance of the case deluxe and to reduce cost thereof. CONSTITUTION: A case for a portable device comprises: an outer cover(110) which is molded by solidifying liquid material; and a liner(120) which is combined with one side of the outer cover through a thermal process. The outer cover is formed by solidifying liquid material selected from a group including liquid Polyvinyl Chloride, liquid rubber, and liquid silicon. The liner is one selected from PVC, urethane, chamude sheet, and a transparent PVC film treated through flocking.
