PURPOSE: A bent pipe manufacturing method using a thermoplastic synthetic resin straight pipe is provided to reduce the number of welds when forming a bent pipe by excluding a pipe joint. CONSTITUTION: A bent pipe manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing a synthetic resin straight pipe, softening the synthetic resin straight pipe, inserting the softened synthetic resin straight pipe into a mold with one or the other end of the synthetic resin straight pipe exposed out of the mold, sealing one or the other end of the synthetic resin straight pipe exposed out of the mold, blowing compressed air through an open end of the synthetic resin straight pipe to form and cool the synthetic resin straight pipe, and separating the mold and completing a bent pipe.
