HETEROCYCLIC RING FUSED PYRIDO COMPOUNDS AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THEM

PURPOSE: A heterocyclic ring-condensed pyrido compound and a method for preparing the same are provided to obtain target compounds without optical activity loss. CONSTITUTION: A heterocyclic ring-condensed pyrido compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is hydrogen, C1-C10 alkyl group, benzyl group, or C1-C10 alkoxybenzyl group. A method for preparing the pyrido compound comprises: a step of performing C-O binding reaction of 2-hydroxyalkyl amido-3-bromopyridine of chemical formula 2 under the presence of acid or base. The palladium catalyst is palladium acetate(Pd(OAc)_2), tetrakis(triphenylphospine)palladium(0) [Pd(C_6H_5)_3P)_4], or Tris(dibenzylidenacetone)dipalladium(0) [(C_6H_4CH=CHCOCH=CHC_6H_5)_3Pd_2]. The acid is acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, or pentanoic acid.
