PURPOSE: A temperature sensor unit having a water level detecting function is provided to prevent damages of a device or a fire risk caused by an overheated heater when a water level of a plating tank or water tank is low. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor unit(30) having a water level detecting function comprises a sensor body(31), a floater(37), and a level sensor(38). The sensor body comprises a temperature sensor(34) detecting a temperature of detecting liquid heated by a heater(11). The sensor body is formed into a rod-shape. The floater is joined to the outer circumference of the sensor body, thereby being floated by the detecting liquid. The level sensor is composed of a first contacting part(39) and second contacting portion(40).
