A NOVEL MANUFACTURING METHOD OF GINSENOSIDE RH1 BY SIMULTANEOUS CO-REACTION OF HYDROLYSIS AND SOLVENT EXTRACTION FROM GINSENG POWDER

PURPOSE: A novel method for preparing ginsenoside Rh1 by simultaneous reaction of hydrolysis and solvent extraction is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for quickly preparing ginsenoside Rh1 comprises: a step of drying and pulverizing ginseng and adding 3N HCl solution and n-butanol; a step of heating the mixture on a hot plate at 150°C and cooling to separating the mixture into a water layer and n-butanol layer; a step of adding water and ethyl acetate and repeating the extraction twice; and a step of drying final extract by a rotary concentrator.
