摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation device capable of precisely controlling a dew point of a fuel gas 36 and a humidification amount to a reaction gas without using a humidity exchange type heat exchanger, a steam generator or a mixer or without being influenced by variation of temperature and/or pressure of a fuel reformer 22 nor unexpected change of an operation state of the fuel cell power generation device due to variation of output of a fuel cell 6 or the like, and capable of stably controlling power generation efficiency of the fuel cell 6. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell power generation device is provided with: a hygrothermometer 15 for measuring the dew point of the fuel gas 36, a flowmeter 20 for measuring a flow rate of a material fuel 300, a power meter 17 for measuring the output of the fuel cell 6 and a control device 13. The control device 13 detects a flow rate of the fuel gas from a current obtained from the fuel cell output and the flow rate of the material fuel 30 obtained from the flowmeter 20 and adjusts the voltage of a steam reforming water supply pump 8 so as to set a dew point at a certain value defined by the fuel gas flow rate to control the flow rate of steam reforming water 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
