<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roller improved in adhesion durability between laminated layers composed of an elastic layer and a coating film layer. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive roller comprises: a shaft member 2; the one or more elastic layers 3 disposed on the radially outside of the shaft member 2; and the one or more coating film layers 4 disposed on the radially outside of the elastic layer 3; and a primer layer 5 formed at least in one area between the elastic layer 3 and coating film layer 4 stuck together. In this case, the primer layer 5 and the elastic layer 3 and/or coating film layer 4 adjacent to the primer layer 5 are made of an ultraviolet curing resin obtained by curing an ultraviolet curing material mixture by means of ultraviolet radiation.
