CO2Z TYPE FERRITE FOR RF APPLICATION, METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME AND ANTENNA EMPLOYING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A Co2 type ferrite for high frequency application, manufacturing method thereof, and an antenna using thereof are provided to maintain high level of permittivity and magnetic permeability by substituting Mn and Zn for Co. CONSTITUTION: A Co2 type ferrite for high frequency application is represented by chemical formula 1. The chemical formula 1 is same as follow: Ba3Co2-2 x (Mn, Zn) 2xFe24O41 (x=0.1-0.5). The ferrite is sintered at 1200-1300 deg. Celsius. A dielectric constant of the ferrite and value of the magnetic permeability are 15 or greater, and difference between the dielectric constant and magnetic permeability is within ±5 range. The high frequency device includes Co2Z type ferrite for high frequency application. The high frequency device is antenna.
