PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing condensate generated during hardening a reinforcing tube installed in a non-digging sewer pipeline and a method thereof are provided to integrate a reinforcing tube on a sewer pipeline to discharge condensate, generated during hardening, to the outside on a real time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing condensate generated during hardening a reinforcing tube installed in a non-digging sewer pipeline(10) comprises a pair of connecting flanges(30), a high-pressure hose(40), a suction valve(50), and a fixing unit(70). The pair of connecting flanges are installed inside a reinforcing tube(20). The high-pressure hose is coupled to valve passages(32) of the connecting flanges using a coupling piece(41). One side of the high-pressure hose is installed in the inside the reinforcing tube, and the other side of the high-pressure hose is installed in the outside. The suction valve is mounted on the end of the high-pressure hose locating in the inside the reinforcing tube. The suction valve sucks condensate collected in the reinforcing tube and discharges the condensate to the high-pressure hose. The fixing unit fixes the reinforcing tube and the connecting flanges.
