CONSTITUTION: A skirt capable of being changed into trousers comprises a waist part(1), a central part(2), a first leg part(3), and a second leg part(4). A user divides the central part of the skirt in order to form a pair of leg parts. The leg parts are formed through a simple manipulation. |
