PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented soybean containing morinda citrifolia, and the fermented soybean are provided to reduce the unique bad smell of the fermented soybean. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented soybean containing morinda citrifolia comprises the following steps: assorting and washing soybean, and steaming the soybean for 4-5 hours; heating the steamed soybean in low heat for 4-5 hours; mixing 100 parts of soybean by weight with 5-15 parts of morinda citrifolia by weight; adding 3-7 parts of unrefined rice wine by weight to the mixture; fermenting the mixture in a fermentation space formed with yellow soil at 38-40 deg c for 48-96 hours; adding 5-10 parts of salt by weight into the fermented mixture; and pounding the fermented mixture.
