PURPOSE: A concrete sealer is provided to facilitate maintaining after construction, have high skid-resistance of a road surface, moisture-resistance, and chloride ion-resistance, prevent freeze-thawing and elimination by concrete neutralization, and have the effect of adhesion increasing on the concrete degradation site, prevention of salt-attack, increasing of surface strength, and increasing of abrasion-resistance. CONSTITUTION: A concrete sealer comprises saturated hydrocarbon, polydimethylsiloxane, isooctyltriethoxysilane, octyltriethoxysilane, methyltrimethoxy silane, isopropanol, an isocyanate resin and an epoxy resin. The isocyanate resin is one or more compound selected from diphenylmethane diisocyanate, methylenebis(4,1-phenol) diisocyanate, p- toluenesulfonyl isocyanate, 2,4-toluene diisocyanate, diphenylmethane-4,4`-diisocyanate, xylene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate and a polyisocyanate Polymer.
