3D GLASSES, 3D DISPLAY APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THEREOF

PURPOSE: 3D glasses, a 3D display device thereof, and a control method thereof are provided to offer a compatible display mode. CONSTITUTION: A second circular polarization film(122) transforms a circular polarization component transformed by a first circular polarization film to a linear polarization component through phase retardation. A liquid crystal unit(124) passes through or blocks the linear polarization component according to power state. A linear polarization plate(126) passes through or blocks the linear polarization component according to the direction of the linear polarization component passed through the liquid crystal unit.
