PURPOSE: A process for liquefying carbon dioxide in exhaust gas of a pure oxygen combustion furnace by using cold heat of liquid oxygen is provided to save energy and reduce the emission of greenhouse gas. CONSTITUTION: A furnace(120) burns fuel using pure oxygen(300) instead of air. Carbon dioxide(320) in exhaust gas, which is produced after combustion, is liquefied and collected using cold heat of liquid oxygen(380) with very low evaporation temperature. The liquid oxygen, after offering the cold heat, is injected in a gas phase into a burner of a furnace. |
