PURPOSE: An electrical device-based biosensor for measuring stress using a small microwave resonance element is provided to easily and quickly measure cortisol in spittle. CONSTITUTION: A cortisol detection device(10) comprises: a ground layer(30); a dielectric layer(60) formed on the ground layer; and a masking layer(100) which is formed on the dielectric layer and comprise a microstrip transmission channel and division circular resonator.
