PURPOSE: A method for detecting prohibition drugs is provided analyze chemicals or low molecular materials and to improve economical characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting prohibition drugs includes the following: conjugate metabolite is hydrolyzed from a sample based on enzyme. The solution is basified and acidified to extract analyzing materials. The extracted materials are mixed and separated based on a liquid chromatography method. The separated materials are detected based on an electospray/quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer. During the hydrolyzing process, beta-glucuronidase/aryl-sulfatase enzyme is used. During the extracting process, the solution is basified to pH 9 to 10 and residual materials are acidified to pH 2 to 3.
