PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to prevent the deterioration of a fluorescent layer due to the first light directly emitted from the light emitting structure by forming a conversion layer which includes a diffusion layer and a fluorescent layer on the light emitting structure. CONSTITUTION: A second electrode(128) in contact with a second semiconductor layer(124) of a light emitting structure(120) is formed on a substrate(110). An insulation layer(140) is formed on the second electrode. A first electrode(127) in contact with a first semiconductor layer(122) is formed on the insulation layer. An uneven pattern(129) is formed on a part or the entire area of the second semiconductor layer. A conversion layer(130) is formed on the part or the entire area of the second semiconductor layer of the light emitting structure.
