PURPOSE: Hydroxycinnamoic acid-amino acid-hydroxamic acid derivatives are provided to restrain enzyme activation like tyrosinase, etc, thereby having excellent antioxidant effect and whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: A hydroxycinnamoic acid-amino acid-hydroxamic acid derivative is in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R^1=R^2=OH and R^3=H, or R^1=OCH3, R^2=OH and R^3=H, or R^1=R^3=OCH3 and R^2=OH, and R^4 is asparagine, cysteine, glutamine, glycine, serine, threonine, tyrosine, lysine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, arginine, histidine, alanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophane, or proline.
