PURPOSE: A device for processing of rolls for forming reinforcing bar joints is provided to improve production yield by obtaining uniform and symmetrical joints of reinforcing bars produced by rolling. CONSTITUTION: A device for processing of rolls for forming reinforcing bar joints comprises a rotating unit(110) and a forming unit(120). The rotating unit rotates in a direction vertical to the rotating direction of rolling rolls. The forming unit comprises a body part(121) having one or more processing surfaces(121a) for processing the surface of the rolling rolls and an engraving part(122) protruded on an end of the body part. The contact surface of the body part and the engraving part is inclined to a plane parallel to the rotary shaft of the rotating unit.
