TOUCH SCREEN AND TOUCH POSITION DETECTION METHOD THEREOF USING PROJECTOR

PURPOSE: A touch screen device using a projector and a touch position detecting method thereof are provided to form a touch screen and accurately find a touch position on the touch screen without a marker. CONSTITUTION: An image sensor(19) senses an image outputted from a projector. An image sensor control unit(18) sets the touch screen area using the difference between brightness of an image for setting a touch screen area and brightness of a background image. The image sensor control unit divides the touch screen area and determines whether an object moves on the touch screen area using the difference between a frame of a touch screen area when an image is obtained during a specific period of time and a frame of a touch screen area when an image is obtained before set time.
