PURPOSE: A touch screen panel is provided to reduce the thickness of a touch screen panel and to improve a light penetration ratio by forming a conductive transparent pattern and an electrode pattern. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive unit is formed at the bottom of a first board. The first conductive unit includes a first transparent conductive layer(32) and a first electrode layer(33). The first transparent conductive layer includes a first transparent pattern. The first electrode layer includes a first electrode pattern. A second conductive unit is formed on a second conductive board. The second conductive unit includes a second transparent conductive layer(35) and a second electrode layer(36). The second transparent conductive layer includes a second transparent pattern. The second electrode layer includes a second electrode pattern. An insulation spacer(37) is formed between the bottom of the first transparent conductive layer and the upper side of the second transparent conductive layer.
