PURPOSE: A locking device for an emergency door of a fireproof shutter is provided so that the emergency door of a fireproof shutter is usually closed and if force is applied, the emergency door is open and then a locking operation is automatically made by the spring on a hinge. CONSTITUTION: A locking device for an emergency door of a fireproof shutter comprises a fixing groove body(30) and a fixing body(40). The fixing groove body is installed on the end of an emergency door(10). The fixing groove body comprises a fixing groove(32) on a space to a fixing groove body housing(31). The fixing groove body comprises a fixing ball(33) on the opposite side of the fixing groove body housing. The fixing ball passes the fixing groove only over a predetermined pressure. The fixing body comprises a fixing neck(41) on the corresponding part of the fixing groove of the emergency door. The fixing neck is connected integrally to a fixing plate(42), which is fixed to the fireproof shutter.
