PURPOSE: A delineating device capable of solar energy charge and wireless remote control is provided to implement the exact timing control function by utilizing a timer IC for timer correction. CONSTITUTION: A delineating device capable of solar energy charge and wireless remote control comprises an external timer IC(130) and a microprocessor(140). The external timer IC is installed in the circuit of the delineating device. A wireless communications unit power source is turned on to receive a lighting-emitting area control command through the wireless communications unit control from the center. The output of the wake up signal of the external timer IC is transmitted to correct the value of an internal timer.
