RETRACTOR AND SEAT BELT THEREWITH

PURPOSE: A retractor and a seat belt with the same are provided to implement an overload releasing function with simple configuration because an overload releasing unit releases coupling of a winding shaft and a ratchet. CONSTITUTION: A retractor comprises a winding shaft(100), a motor(200), a clutch wheel(300), a ratchet(400), a lock bar(500), and an overload releasing unit(600). The winding shaft is wound by a webbing. The clutch wheel is interposed between the motor and the winding shaft and selectively delivers rotating force of the motor to the winding shaft. The ratchet is coaxially coupled to one end of the winding shaft and is rotated with the winding shaft. The lock bar selectively delivers rotating force of the clutch wheel to the ratchet. The overload releasing unit couples one end of the winding shaft to the ratchet. In case rotating force in an output direction of the webbing is larger than the rotating force of the motor rotating in an input direction of the webbing, the overload releasing unit releases coupling of one end of the winding shaft and the ratchet in order to allow the winding shaft and the ratchet to idle.
