PURPOSE: An intelligent image transmitting device and an event reporting method thereof are provided to report an event related to an emergency state to a manager. CONSTITUTION: A storing unit(250) stores a reference image screen. An image collecting unit(210) collects an image screen which is photographed by a camera. An image analyzing unit(260) confirms matching rate between the collected image screen and the reference image screen. The image analyzing unit generates a screen change event. The image analyzing unit reports the screen change event to a management center.
