PURPOSE: A semiconductor memory device and a semiconductor system including the same are provided to obtain an optimum signal quality by automatically controlling a slew rate of a data output signal. CONSTITUTION: A pattern data generating unit(300) generates pattern data set in a training operation mode. An output driver unit drives the pattern data with a slew rate corresponding to a preset command applied from the outside in a training operation mode and outputs the pattern data to the outside. A slew rate control signal generating unit(320) generates a slew rate control signal in response to a command in the training operation mode.
