PURPOSE: A hot dip Zn-based alloy coating bath, a hot dip Zn-based alloy coated steel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to uniform the glossiness and surface roughness by removing an alloy layer from a plating layer cross section. CONSTITUTION: A steel material is pre-processed. The pre-processed steel material is heat-treated. The heat-treated steel material is through passed in a molten zinc alloy plating bath. The temperature of the molten zinc alloy plating bath is 500-550°C. The bathing temperature of the steel material is 500-600°C. The steel material is low-carbon steel, extra-low-carbon steel or high-carbon steel.
