PURPOSE: A reorganization waterproof sheet, a constructing method using the same and a waterproof structure are provided to increase WATER-TIGHTNESS even in an exposing method. CONSTITUTION: A reorganization waterproof sheet comprises an asphalt compound layer(20), a non-woven fabric, a film and a release paper. The non-woven fabric is attached on the top of the asphalt compound layer. The non-woven fabric increases the coherence and enhances the absorption rate of the film member. A film is attached to the lower part of the asphalt compound layer. The release paper is formed in the lower part of film.
