PURPOSE: A water-absorbent heat emitting adhesive sheet is provided to generate heat at adequate temperatures with respect to human bodies by adding metal salt and water-absorbent into a heat emitting composition. CONSTITUTION: A water-absorbent heat emitting adhesive sheet(1A) includes an envelope(10) with body fluid transparency. The envelope includes an outer sheet(7) and an inner sheet(9) with the body fluid transparency. The envelope includes a heat emitting composition(4) containing metal salt, and the heat emitting composition is dissolved in water to emit heat. The width of a fixed sheet(5) is expanded to the outer side of the peripheral of the outer sheet. An adhesive layer(6) is arranged at the inner side of the fixed sheet. A releasing sheet(11) is attached to the outer side of the inner sheet and the expanded part of the adhesive layer. The releasing sheet covers the inner sheet.
