PURPOSE: A vibration plate for a sound converting device is provided to move a center vibration plate and a side vibration plate vertically via a damper constructed in the center vibration plate. CONSTITUTION: A center vibration plate(100) includes an attached part(110) and a center dome part(120). A side vibration plate(200) includes an inner circumference part(210), an outer circumference part and a side dome part(230). The center dome part and the side dome part can generate sound. The center vibration plate and the side vibration plate are separately formed. The attached part of the center vibration plate is fixed at the inner circumference part of the side vibration plate. The center vibration plate and the side vibration plate are overlapped on a minimum area. A center of the side vibration plate is penetrated in a donut shape.
